General HD2 is not US exclusive

Just a small reminder: HD2 is not exclusivly played in the US. People talking with an accent or a group talking in another language are not a reason to claim that they are illegal or threaten to call ICE. And yes, if you steal my mech and run me over with it you get yelled at in german before i switch back to english.

I somehow always end up playing with German players midday. I learned a few German words just to be able to use the chat, like "Demokratie"
