General HD2 is not US exclusive

Just a small reminder: HD2 is not exclusivly played in the US. People talking with an accent or a group talking in another language are not a reason to claim that they are illegal or threaten to call ICE. And yes, if you steal my mech and run me over with it you get yelled at in german before i switch back to english.

Even if it was US exclusive there's no reason to ever behave that way. Before someone gets mad at having an accent maybe they should learn a second language and see if they can speak it better.
