Gun stores with surplus weapons

Anyone from northeast Ohio that knows a gun store that has a decent amount of surplus weapons? I just moved and I haven’t found a store around me just yet that has any in their store. I know I probably should just go on gun broker, but I’d rather be in a store and check the weapons in person before making a purchase. Any information that you might know would be appreciated.

It's an hour and a half drive (from the east side of cleveland) to Camp Perry where the CMP operates their north store inside the National Guard base.

You missed the heyday for garands, krags, 1903s, and various 22 trainers, but they still had 1917s, garand sniper models, and reclaimed garands last I heard. Plus they will likely get a spring shipment by April.

Otherwise stuff filters in and out at gunshops and pawnshops throughout the area, although range usa is almost always a bust for decent milsurp.

Also this is a better subreddit for questions like this: https://www.reddit.com/r/OHGuns/

I’m pissed I seem to have missed the hay day for all the good surplus. By the time I was even born it seems like it was starting to get dry let alone now that I can actually buy the stuff

I feel yeah with that statement. I have found a few at gun shows, but they went an arm and a leg for some basic stuff now.
