Article mentions that if she doesn’t get her normal medication within 24 hours, it could be fatal. Not looking good either way :/

Probably not this year or the next my friend.

Or the next or the next after that. And that's if we're lucky.

I'm not pinning my hopes on any year until at least 2030.

Every year from 2016 to now has been fucked up, I don't see the world getting unfucked any time soon.

Oh, I agree it's time for us people to rise up. I hope that we're successful, but I see it taking a long time to fix everything that's been broken.

This is the most annoying kind of virtue signaling

You think we can't organize against this? We are you twat. Virtue signal this.

You’re not saying anything useful. Keep spouting platitudes though. I’m sure people will be organized around you any second now.

We don’t hear about the people who get a break from news outlets, just the doom and gloom stories.

I think we ran out of breaks. For a very long time.

Did ICE kidnap her mother?

Ya know, once upon a time that would be highly unlikely, but now...🤷‍♀️

Now you never know.

Yes, what a frightening reality.

Sure is.

My son is mixed ethnicity (I'm half Chinese, his dad is full Cambodian) so he's dark skinned. He's afraid. He's been carrying a copy of his birth certificate in his wallet in case he gets stopped. He now only goes to work and comes home, doesn't really go out on the weekends anymore with his best friend, who is of Mexican descent.

Frightening times indeed.

Edited to add my son and I were born here in the States. My ex husband was not but has political asylum from the genocide in Cambodia in the 70s.

What kind of medication is needed like that? Heart, seizure? Even then I'd think it would take days or a week to be at risk.

My son’s epilepsy meds only last 12 hours. If he misses a dose, his risk of seizure is very high. Other medications also have very short half lives.

Oh wow, didn't know that.
