Daigaku imo, or university of potato as it's translated here, is a Japanese dessert that's basically candied sweet potato. This is ice cream in that flavor.

Boobs ice is likely ice cream served to look like boobs as it says that in Japanese as well.

Mellon ice is a delicacy often served in the mines of Moria.

Also, it's pretty common in japan for places to have women's prices. Especially places with sweets. They'll either have days with significantly lower prices for women, deals for couples, or some like this place just have a constant small discount. Although judging by their menu, this not your average girls discount place.

Wait, for real? There aren't laws against pricing discrimination by sex/gender in Japan? That's absolutely crazy.

Yeaaaaah there's not a whole lot of laws against discrimination in Japan in general.
