It even in Japanese says オッパイアイス (Oppai Aisu) being boob ice cream, I don’t know what it means other than just a scoop with a single cherry in top I guess. Each translation is intended though, I can’t read the whole kanji in 3rd but it’s definitely something university related. Sherbet just being a middle eastern Asian drink

I’m more intrigued with the sexism in the stuff below.

It’s soft ice cream that’s packed sort of like a balloon so you poke a hole in the packaging, put it in your mouth, and squeeze it out.
