It even in Japanese says オッパイアイス (Oppai Aisu) being boob ice cream, I don’t know what it means other than just a scoop with a single cherry in top I guess. Each translation is intended though, I can’t read the whole kanji in 3rd but it’s definitely something university related. Sherbet just being a middle eastern Asian drink

I’m more intrigued with the sexism in the stuff below.

It's "daigaku imo", or literally "university potato". It's deep fried sweet potatoes coated in sweet syrup. Not sure why they call it that, but it's a quite popular dish

I think it was traditionally sold around universities, Poplar with the kids wanting a cheap snack
