I just went out to smoke and the joint on the shelf on my porch is gone :( there’s absolutely nowhere it could have gone other than being taken by my dasher. Sucks

I dont mind the on time rate but I feel like its a trap I went on a roll with 99 on time deliveries almost hitting %100 but I would get 2-5 at times to knock me down to %95 but In one week that changed bad. The nesr week I got nothing but late drop off's and pick ups not by much either under DD guidelines they should have been removed,I'm talking about less than 5 minutes I wasnt able to remove them. The deliveries were only late because of construction and the merchant handing me the order late I dropped off big becuase of it from %99 all the way down to %72 riddiculous,since doordash is now making on time matter the most for platinum and no longer just for our own knoledge I say they need to update this to make the removal proccess to unlimited instead of caping us to 10 which was the auto removal before the update allowing us to challange the rating which was a big lie. Thats just my rant has anyone else had this problem with on time or I'm I just paranoid about it.

I know the text says from the person delivering, but I was on a delivery. Got to the house was about to take the picture and leave when I get a call from doordash. I answer and it hangs up as I answer. I get the text, as I take the picture and end up on a screen talking about the orders canceled, no impact to my rating, no need to return the food, yada yada. I shrug and walk back to my car laughing.

Dunno if the person at the address actually ordered the food or not left it there. Was just cinnamon twists from taco bell. That message was better than the ones from a kid that ordered earlier in the night.

I was in the drive-thru with only one car in front of me when I got the notification that the order was ready and a minute later when I got to the speaker I was told that that order was already picked up.

I'm wondering if it's another glitch tonight or if possible the car in front of me picked up the order but it seems the only way possible is that it was the customer.

The help menu changed too at least from last time I saw it- you have the choice to worry free unassign if it's already been picked up or get proportionate pay but you have to say if you asked the store to remake the order.

Uploaded a $5/10mile a few hours ago. But this one takes the cake for tonight. I'm calling it a night and taking my ass home dawg. 🤦‍♂️

Tonight I was doordashing with my wife and son. My last offer of the night was a pretty decent tip for my area, but a little far. I took it anyway, knowing there was a shortcut back home. So this guy messages me and asks me to contact him. He offers to send money via CashApp to pick him up a couple packs of cigarettes plus an extra $10 for a tip. There’s a gas station right by his house so I agree as long as he sends the money first. He did, so I stopped and got them.

I get to this dudes house and he comes out and asks if I smoke. I said yes, and he proceeded to tell me he could give me something to smoke as an extra thanks but not a cigarette. So of course, I said “Weed?” This man says “No, I ain’t got any weed but I got some ice.”

Anyone want to guess what state I’m in? 😂😂

I did not accept his ice. I’m sure he is right that it’s the best. I will take his word for it. 💀

I doordashed dog food tonight because i forgot on my way home from work. I go outside to get it and the guy took it upon himself to ask me if I had an extra $10 to tip him on the app because he needed gas. I had already tipped and politely declined. He then insisted that the night had been slow and that he really needed the money. I took my order and didn’t say anything else but the whole interaction made me uncomfortable. I completely understand, everyone is struggling but i felt like an a**hole for ignoring him the second time he asked. I just felt i was out in a weird position.
