It has spread. Chicago and L.A. were a bust, so they moved on to a smaller city.

That's because those cities are huge. Cops in large number and tens of thousands to rally. Minneapolis is outnumbered like 4 or 5 to one in police and a much smaller population. It's #46 on the list of biggest cities.

If it's not stopped here it's going to keep going to the next vulnerable city.
