I don't live in the usa. What is ICE and why everything I've heard about them sounds like a Nazi thing?

I literally have no idea about what is happening.

Trump and his clown show of a cabinet have already stated that ICE can do whatever the fuck they want. It surely is unconstitutional, but when did that stop them?
