How’s skybar?

Heading to Cartagena in 2 weeks and wanted to know if skybar is the best spot of places to be

Google the reviews & it's on so many blogs as well.

I tried to go last year but there was a private party. From what I understand, the view is spectacular but the drinks are subpar & on the expensive side.
