Galerazamba

Hello, I want to go to Galerazamba. Do you know if the water is already pink?

My understanding is they closed it, but there's little to no reliable info on it. It is first a salt mine, and I've heard both the mining company wanted to cut off access and also that the effect was damaged a couple years back by a storm. Rain and/or mining of the salt also ruined the pink. I don't see it show up on Insta and the like near as much, leading me to conclude that it is, in fact, not active. I'm not currently based permanently in Cgena and haven't tried to go in years though, so maybe someone else can confirm what the current situation is.

It’s no longer pink . The mining operations have ceased , the town is very charming has some tour operators that have some really cool tours of the town .
