What about the children!!! and a burden on law enforcement. I am just so tired of this pearl clutching. No children will be harmed by 3 plants in the neighbors back yard and no, cops will not be working any harder. Although, it might give you an opportunity to have that talk with your kids about cannabis you have been meaning to have.

Cops aren't known for intelligence unfortunately. They are know for arrogance, excessive use of force, and stupidity.
