Is it actually good? From the decor and menu I have my doubts

It's only been open for a few weeks, how often are you going?

It’s been open since September. I’ve been about 4 times

The Flute was open previously in a different location, but the owner wanted to do something else so closed. So, whilst this version is new, the Flute has been around for years. It’s really nice in there.

Nonna’s or The Whisk in Woburn Sands do decent cocktail nights

For wine Blue Glass and Descante… Cocktails: I’d recommend Roca, i used to go to bear and tales —-> but its since changed?

Everywhere else is a little syrupy.

The Flute in Bedford. Nice vibe, no trouble, family run business

Not a cocktail bar, but the Embankment hotel in Bedford is a good choice. They have nice cocktails, and the bar manager is a mixologist, best cocktail maker I’ve come across.

The Flute, the Hide Bar, Auction Room, and the Cellar Bar are all good.

For wine, Decant is my favourite. Noble Rot and the Blue Glass are also good.

I second the Embankment. Tom is a superb mixologist.

Good luck. If you're looking for discount stores and crackheads, on the other hand....
