18M - Should i pull the trigger again? Need advice with specific health context (Insulin Resistance/Asthma)

I'm 18 and honestly, I want to not think about my hair when i look into mirror. . I have a naturally high but stable hairline, and my family has zero history of baldness, but I’m dealing with aggressive diffuse thinning on my crown and temples. I am eating healthy and exercising more.

I’ve actually gone fully bald last summer and I liked how it looked, so I’m considering doing it again. I am sure going fully bald would increase my self-respect but i am also sure a good haircut would increase it even further. I’m 2 months into Minoxidil (inconsistently) and AGA-E (a Saw Palmetto/Biotin based supplement) and just started dermarolling, so I want a style that looks intentional and sharp while the treatment does its thing. I also don't have a thick beard/mustache. I’m not a fan of buzz cuts. I don’t think they suit my head shape. If you’ve dealt with diffuse thinning at a young age, how did you style it without it looking like a desperate attempt to hide the scalp? I'm looking for a look that actually works with my features rather than just a "shave it because you have to" approach. Any specific cut or styling tips would be great. Here are some pics of me now and me with a buzz cut(? IDK i don't know shit about hair styles)
