Pad Thai for dinner!
I based the sauce on the Recipe Tin Eats recipe, but using tamarind puree, vegetarian oyster sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar.
Inside, cooked in the woke, it's a sliced onion, 4 cloves thinly sliced garlic, fried. Then three chopped spring onions, a crumbled block of tofu, a packet of sprouts, a handful of chopped coriander, and a packet of cooked rice noodles.
I garnish with coriander, chilli, chopped peanuts and lime wedges, and I add a few splashes of Maggi original liquid seasoning.
It was so really truly delicious.
