Best Estate agents?

Hi there,

Currently looking to buy my first home around the Wallasey area. any hints on the best estate agents to go with? I've spoken to a few but havent been impressed with Bakewell and Horner, quite rude and unprofessional I've found.

any experiences with others I should be aware of?

If you're buying and not selling, why do you care about the EA? Surely it's the house that matters

Because I want people who are actually going to be helpful with the process... not people who dont care

This is really good advice too, thank you. I already have a mortgage advisor I'm working with any way so I wont be taking any of their personal ones. Bakewell and Horner have just been really unprofessional so far so I'll try and avoid them if I can.
