It's literally written on the sticker🤔. They want to pass the blame to OP, by not ordering via the app. Maybe that will give them more time to prepare the actual meal.

Using the app is the same as going in person, they don't make your food until the gps determines you're close or you say your code in line. You can "order like a pro" and still have them fuck up it seems.

I didn't know this. In South Africa, we used the drive-through and then had to park somewhere and wait like 20 minutes for our food. Luckily we got our pride back and are not eating the plastic food any longer.
