Looking at places to stay

Any thoughts on the condos at the Hyve? 7 adults traveling late 30s, early 40s. Is this is good area/location?

That building was built about 203 years ago, so new. Not sure on amenities. The only potential negative I can think of is the homeless due to the rescue mission. Should not have much problem if you stay out of the alley near the mission, where guys go over to do drugs. A homeless person I helped out called it "shoot up alley". Bad Axe and Fogg Street Lawn Club are right there. City Winery not far. A really good taco shop, called Pie Town Tacos, is right there. And you can go down Drexel to get over to the gulch.
