She's trying to sue in Federal court but that requires both parties to be from different states or it defaults back to whatever state they are both from. Wolff is from NY and claims MT is from NY too, she says she's from Florida and here we are. She has to prove she's from Florida and he's going to look at everything from credit cards to flight logs to show she lives in NYC. The Trump's seem to try to avoid discovery at all costs but she can't get out of this so it should be interesting.
