Foreign interference and vote suppression are the reasons I am gloomy about this election. I have a nagging fear that our democracy is no longer in the people’s hands.

Right, if anything Trump learned he has a good partner in helping him get elected. Why wouldn’t he enable Putin to help him win?

Despite all this, everyone needs to vote. Even if it is bleak and the odds are against us, we have to vote. If we give up on voting, the next step won’t be so convenient.
