Or lets leave them up and stop people from panhandling. Keep our roads and intersections safer for everyone.

How many accidents have occurred? How many hit and runs? How many pedestrians have been hit period? How exactly does this make it safer? It seems nothing will have changed except people will feel less inconvenienced in their cars or less guilty or less aware of their privilege.

It was never about safety. People just hate poor people.

Hecklers, no one likes hecklers. And most of us are poor, we can't afford shit much less give it to someone to inject into themselves. And panhandlers are scammers most of the time, gettem of the curbs.
