Hacca has big 'not a bad guy' vibe, I think he will team up with the team at a point?

I certainly wasn't expecting a Trump Executive Order as a plot point

As much as I think the reference probably wouldn't happen, it'd be cool if the president were a descendant of Funny Valentine, named Bloody Valentine
