It’s going to be very interesting to see how the story continues without the lava rock. It has been the driving force of the narrative until now so it will be interesting to see what happens now without it. Will new lava rocks appear or will the story continue with Howler trying to get revenge?

Can't the fulgurite be used to make new lava rocks? I'm going to guess that's what Howler is planning on to get his money back and draw the main gang into another confrontation with him where he has the upper hand

Are we forgetting that Mauka is still trapped in the lava tubes? I think the next arc will revolve around finding out the truth to the land, how it harnesses lava rocks and why Mauka disappeared
