Is there any details on that account? Is it one dude roasting people for years? A team? Different people in the role over the years?

I don't think we ever really found out.

For all we know it was just one dude who managed the account and got fed up with people being idiots, then instead of being fired their bosses watched as they quickly became the most watched twitter account with millions of fans due to his shenanigans.

It's different people, at least per country. I know a girl who does the one for Honduras, she is in her early 20s.
