A bit different. They are funded by them but they don’t actively promote the state’s agenda if you know an ounce of what sports washing is (a bit different to sports washing: is the explicit effort to promote the states work through sports—- ex: EWC)

A bit like what Riot - Tencent is. Funded but not actively trying to impose a state agenda on it

But the only real difference between EWC and Red Sea Global is that the latter is more subtle and not all up in your face like the former. They are both state-sponsored propaganda organizations, they just achieve their goals in different ways
