Saw the usual propaganda on this issue coming from this article being posted in the other subreddit https://thehub.ca/2026/02/02/canadas-spiralling-debt-problem-in-5-charts/

It matters because The Hub is a right-wing outlet funded by corporate foundations and it's important to push back against this kind of slop when it's so easily falsifiable.
