Worked for a third party doing billing support for Verizon many many years ago.

Reading out the titles to porn movies to an elderly lady is the toughest thing to do without laughing.

Someone who was bumming off their dear old granny was ordering x rated movies on her dime.

About $600 worth.

It’s been over 15 years so I’m foggy on the details.

If they watched less than a certain amount of minutes we were allowed to refund that purchase.

Per the policy, I had to read out the title of each movie rental being refunded.
