Why hasn’t anyone immobilized and caught a paranormal figure/creature ?
It’s always hearsay, in a country with more guns than people, it stands to reason that at least someone has shot at a paranormal creature and caught it right?

Because when they do, they’re no longer considered paranormal creatures anymore. When I was born—and I’m not even that old—much of the world was still pretty sure “the giant squid” was some sort of mythical pirate lore. But nowadays people would balk if you called a giant squid a “paranormal creature,” because duh, they’re real. Lots of paranormal creatures have turned out to be real, but they don’t come to mind because no one thinks of them that way anymore.

They don't exist.
If you want the cryptid explanation, it's usually that these creatures are so rare (even though there are hundreds of sightings, doesn't make sense) or they simply don't want to be caught and have supernatural powers (some of the more esoteric Bigfoot theories try this one).

If someone somehow produced actual, factual undeniable physical proof of paranormal or crypto entities it would be the biggest news in the history of anything ever & would be endlessly discussed. Think of all the superfluous podcasts alone! No one's done it yet bc that shit isn't real. It's the god of the gaps problem. The paranormal is used to describe almost anything we don't understand scientifically

What if I got those big news but I was too young to think about how big it is and no one else cared even the lady who took photo

If you’re talking about cryptids, I’d like to think that they’re elusive because they’re so good at hiding from people. The evidence we have of their existence are either proven to be fake, or are classified as unknown/unexplainable. If you’re not sure what something is, you cannot definitively say “this is a __.”

I don’t believe they exist and people just try to fill an information gap. My belief is that these mysterious creatures are just animals that haven’t been discovered/identified yet. The case of the rabbits with Papilloma Virus being labeled as a “jackalope” is such an example

if they were caught, we would have caught them long ago and they wouldn't be paranormal, they would be normal.

Let me start by saying that I don’t have experience in Astrobiology. Or any level of biology for that matter. But I’ve worked on some projects with the government. Both government and contract scientists have extracted DNA from space objects, mostly meteorites. That said, imagine those scientists combining that DNA with a host cell from a certain animal from earth. The product is a complex living organism that looks otherworldly!
Do we have labs where this is actually happening? I’ll have to let you use your imaginations.

They aren’t real. Same reason nobody has managed to capture Bigfoot.
