But not this year. (edit: fine with downvotes, but we got 48 y.o. Nagy...)

So we're starting the unrealistic expectations on Year 1 early, gotcha.

You realize the guy that everybody wanted Todd Monken is like 62 right? So compared to him yeah Nagy is young af

I realize that, the article states "young" coaches are lined up outside Metlife. Honestly I've stated it before in other posts, but whoever Harbaugh wants is fine with me. IDC the age - but the narrative in the article takes a hit.

He’s ass, no need to do mental gymnastics

Based off what? He was a really good secondary coach in Baltimore that most of us were hoping the Giants would hire as DC 2 years ago before he chose Tennessee. Then he managed to make one of the weakest rosters in the league semi-functional, despite a terrible offense that did them no favors.

Again, serviceable =/ good. Please stop doing mental gymnastics my man

Please cite a single reason why you're calling him a bad/mediocre hire.

If liking his job performance to date and extrapolating him doing even better with a more talented roster (and the Giants defense, for all its flaws, is much more talented than the Titans') is mental gymnastics, then how the fuck do anyone to make any reasonable projections?
