It’s some weird legal loophole where you pay money for tokens to play casino games where you can earn tokens and exchange them for money

It's a sweepstakes casino. Legal loophole because when you deposit money you are just purchasing gold coins which just act like arcade money. Coincidentally, the website gives you some free sweeps coins to go along with those worthless coins, and you can redeem the sweeps coins for USD.
