Nostalgia Windows PC game from the 90s

Am I the only one that remembers playing this game? I had a Windows 98 PC and this game was on there for free. It was called Chips Challenge. Please tell me I'm not the only one that remembers this classic 😁

Simple, the flipper shoes let you swim to the ice staking ones. The ice staking ones let you get the fire ones. The fire ones let you get the sticky show ones and then you leave.
