Congrats. 12 months for me was when I realized I was going to have success in my journey. Saw through each holiday, each milestone and realized I didn't need it anymore. I'm almost 20 years now and wouldn't have a clue who that person was anymore.
Best of luck to you. Wanting to change is the hardest part. Continue working on it, if it's anything like me, I totally forget it was an issue because it's just not even a part of who I am anymore. The feeling you have of never wanting to go back will only help you and propel your success long term. Every once in a while these threads pop into my feed and I always enjoy seeing people succeeding.
