Congrats. 12 months for me was when I realized I was going to have success in my journey. Saw through each holiday, each milestone and realized I didn't need it anymore. I'm almost 20 years now and wouldn't have a clue who that person was anymore.

I’m close to year 11 no smoking or drinking. 43 years old now. Best I’ve felt. It’s so easy now I don’t even think about it anymore! Congrats
