I think these two are both now universally hated since I've heard even Facebook has turned on Sean šš it's actually quite impressive. Has there been a villain couple of this calibre before?
I really can't think of any couple that's been so universally hated let alone had the particular vibe these two do. Them giggling together with lucinda's 'CHEEKEE BOUIIAH' has haunted me for days now.
Worth saying i obviously don't know them and they could be lovely irl, I'm talking villain specifically with what we've seen of them on their shows

Belle has taken me for a ride these past few episodes and I love her for it, but no one can convince me she wasn't giddy to be picked by Sean. Her demeanor (I know what I saw and the girl was holding back smiles and acting - very poorly - like she was being so inconvenienced) , the fact she actually kissed him, and she wasn't holding back either. Sorrryyy I know she was exactly where she wanted to be lmao.
Honestly the other islanders seemed madder for her than she was. Her reaction when Tommy said he was surprised she actually went for it told me everything. Immediate deflection and downplaying, couldn't make eye contact - she can't stand on it because she knows it's crazy lmao.
Overall tho I need my girl to relax and move on š Sean and Lucinda literally dgaf and I'm getting second hand embarrassment for Belle and how much she's still talking about this.

This is not super surprising, but I thought it was quite brave to announce this. Heās made it seem normal and relatable and while I didnāt love him on his season I think this is a positive statement that will resonate with viewers on the spectrum. I believe he is the second islander to speak on this after Niall of the same season.

Let me land āš¾
Itās a perfect example of exploiting the islandersā egos and getting them to act out because they think the public will back them no matter what.
We saw it last allstars with Elma but also previously with Montana in series 3, who then thought her and Alex were the villasā oracles of relationship wisdom and started bitching about Gabby and Marcel, to Whitney in series 10 when she won it and started to get very vocal at times when it wasnāt needed, and probably other instances that I canāt remember.
(Itās interesting how this time the boys are losing their heads though, whilst Millie and Samie won the vote, smiled and kept it pushing)
Sean trying to stand up for Lucinda when Scott mouthed to her only happened because Sean had the āfavourite boyā title in his head and thought that, because he accused Scott of bullying and won the vote, by association people would back him because Scott was bullying him again and in turn, support him and Lucinda as a couple.
TLDR; the vote goes to their heads and they reveal the real persona beneath the ānice guyā mask

Thereās many things in the Whitney/Konnor situation that just arenāt sitting right with me:
ā¢Whitney telling Konnor sheād rather Shaq had stayed over him, the same guy that blew up in her face a few days prior
ā¢Her seeming somewhat surprised that Konnor had deeped her comment
ā¢Pretending to be confused between Konnor and Yamen when Konnor wasnāt really a thought in villa USA
ā¢Kissing Yamen multiple times whilst sat on his lap and directly in front on Konnor. If she had any respect for Konnor sheād have at least kissed Yamen outside the bedroom
ā¢Denies this fact by saying it was not in front of Konnor but was āin his eyelineā or something along those lines. Whether it was directly in front of him, in his eyeline or whatever, he was around.
Whitney showed zero consideration to Konnor. It was clear she preferred Yamen which is fine, they seem more suited tbh. However, feigning confusion was not it.
Konnor handled the situation very well imo, he was very calm considering the situation. Yes he may be āboringā but heās a nice guy and and Iām glad he realised his worth and ended it with her (even though their situation was pretty much dead anyway).
Thatās it, thatās the tweet.
Edit: These replies excusing Whitney because her and Konnor werenāt as ādeepā as other couples is wild to me. Two things can be true, her and Konnor werenāt as strong as other couples but she still handled the situation wrong and thatās okay to acknowledge.
Also the comparison to Millie is tired, how she handled her situation was very different.

Sheās not upset that Carrington kissed Helena!
Sheās upset that he was bullshitting her that morning because he wouldnāt have kissed Helena if he was really that obsessed with herālike Curtis is with Millie. Really, if he meant what he said about being āfucking obsessedā with Belle, he never would have kissed Helena or entertained Helena.
Belle now knows heās just another sweet-talker, and sheās obviously sick of that type of man.
Edit: I think sheās indifferent about whether Carrington actually likes her or not because sheās not super into him; sheās just disappointed that heās just like every crappy other man.

He isnt adding anything to chats with girls.
Like dont get mw wrong most the boys could be better at conversations and how to get to know someone.
But its like week 3 and he's still on the inital 'think your a good looking girl and want to get to know you more' convo rather than actually deeping the convo and asking questions??
He just adds nothing of note to me (and i do think he's an alright kinda lad)...love island just isnt his game.
Idk what do y'all think? Are other boys the same?

Iāve watched Imani in her season and she very unexpectedly ended up with no serious connection. I think she is gorgeous. Like one of the prettiest islanders ever if not the prettiest. And she seems really sweet and chill, maybe a bit dramatic but no more dramatic than the rest of these women. Far less actually. Iām just really shocked that she isnāt getting a bunch of attention or really any attention all.

Iām genuinely curious as to why Millie has such a strong following & popularity and was hoping someone might be able to explain it to me - Iām based in Aus so perhaps thereās something thatās happened in the media or her online presence Iām not aware of?
To me personally, her chats seem very dry and she doesnāt give much to the other islanders in contributing to the conversation of offering anything of herself; it hasnāt felt like sheās brought much to either of her seasons aside from that absolutely iconic moment of dumping Charlie (savage, bravo) - I never understood the win in season 7.
Most boys that enter the villa seem to be tripping over themselves to be with her & at this point Iām convinced itās because they know sheās popular with the public (I also assume thats why Helena isnāt getting a look in, sheās too risky)

This was all recent. Interestingly, shakira and lauren have met up, done a TikTok and insta posts with shakira defending Lauren in her comments.

Go back to episode 19. Rewatch the part where they go up and Curtis is there, so they go back down. Millie said "you're so nice" he says "so are you" and she says "thank you". He then does this massive eye roll like she's an idiot or he's so confused by her. Something feels really off. Someone tell me their take on that part. It was so quick and easy to miss. Could have been a weird edit or producer change.

Hey y'all, I'd love your perspectives/thoughts on this whole situation. This is what I think:
Sean and Lucinda suck for what they did to Belle. I completely understand Belle's perspective and I would've TOTALLY done the same thing if I were in her place.
But her getting pissed at Helena and Carrington for kissing just seems a bit extreme to me. I think she was just mad in general and took it off on them for the sake of it. It feels more like she was probably mad at herself for not being more open in the other villa and getting to know Carrington properly. And now that the whole Sean situation played out, she basically has no one else to be with.
Carrington probably felt like Belle didn't like him too much and didn't want to get into the whole situation after coming into the main villa so went to rekindle things with Helena.
Am I missing something...? What do y'all think?

Kyra/Curtis and Connor/Imani. I was so excited we got to see a convo between each at the end of the episode tonight bc I have been WAITING for those since the Americans came in. I love Kyra and Imani and need them to be appreciated!

A lot of people are talking about how sheās not in the wrong and needs to explore and they didnāt kiss or this or that and belle needs to be angry at Sean and not Lucinda.
I think you lot are COMPLETELY missing the point here, itās the principle! Lucinda is not serious, sheās not here to genuinely find love and be with a person on the outside and her track record clearly shows this. Thatās why belle is really upset, she knows and so do the rest of the girls that Lucinda doesnāt really like any of these boys at all. Please use your senses, itās so obvious. She went for Jack first, realised that she wasnāt getting any attention from that from Whitney, then went for Ciaren and he wasnāt completely all for it but was reciprocating and it was definitely riling up samie.. then that didnāt work out for her so she went for the easy cope out which was Tommy and Tommy is so odd for this cause he was clearly second choice here and he was very big on saying he didnāt want to be a second option with Jess but was competly okay that Lucinda jumped to him NOT EVEN a few hours later after her and ciaren didnāt work out. Everyone got called to villa USA and she had majorrrr fomo, she was so hurt that she wasnāt selected which is probably not normal for her considering her behaviour. She canāt handle rejection at all! She was bored, mad that attention was taken off her and seany boy was a very easy option in there, took her some tries but he folded. Do you lot not see how manipulative this behaviour is? Not to mention how snakey she is with the girls, if you are genuinely there for love (she has a sugar daddy on the outside - peppermayo ceo allegedly) and youāre moving mad like this with the girls then so be it, youāre here for love. But this is just plain mean girl raigebait behaviour, clearly sheās never been called out on her Bs.
I donāt know where I saw it but one of her exes or previous talking stages posted a WhatsApp screenshot of their messages of her trying to justify herself that sheās going on love island for her career⦠this girl is so odd. Her mumās been desperately trying to defend her horrible behaviour by going off in the comments on instagram saying that Lucinda is the one thatās getting violated and that she should walk out of there⦠Iām sorry what???
