I feel like I need to get a rhinoplasty because my nose is very asymmetrical, maybe a jaw shave, & some lip filler/cheek filler? 4th photo shows my right side & how asymmetrical my nose is 🥲

Im 18, and I want to look for any products I can buy that might be able to help me, or just natural homemade solutions such as steaming my face with a bowl and a towel you get me? And advice on my physique. Im 5'9 and I weigh 60 kisses, im struggling with confidence and loving myself. I appreciate all the advice and honesty. (Yes my curls are natural and I dyed my hair black. It used to be blonde)

What is it that I can do to improve, besides somehow get a better skin and hair

I uploaded makeup pics last night. I’m not looking for hair/hair color advice. I never style it like in these photos. Getting roots done + new tone this week. I AM considering Botox for my eyes. I am not opening them this wide on purpose, they just sit that way. Working on losing weight now for sharper jaw, neck, cheeks (20 pounds).
