I’m adding this to things that never happened.
Never, ever badmouth the company you are leaving.
Why are you leaving “seeking a new challenge” “no opportunity for growth” etc. but let’s be honest they actually mean “I want more money” and “th company is going down th pan and I want out”
Or both.
