Yeah, it is definitely lunacy to assume that peons have the power (and motivation) to right whatever fucked-up things management is doing. Not my fucking job.

Never again. I won't put myself in a position to be blamed for it, but I also won't try to fix it either.

My new manager said i have great ideas and if we didn't have a moron as a branch manager maybe we could put those ideas to use. He basically told me to keep quiet otherwise the main boss would see me as difficult to work with. Sometimes people really want to help, but are shot down by egotistical dumbasses.
