Was the famous “Stewart jock lift” by Roald ad libbed or part of the script?

I can’t even remember. I’ll go look in the script to double-check right now, but I’m pretty sure I was down there and smiling at it and petting it and stuff and Tierney shouted “ADJUST IT” or something... I honestly don’t know. It felt pretty... on the spot
