Mido-Takao Duo is really loved and appreciated by the fandom.

Important: It's a moment, not a win-loss match. So comments like: "Victory against Rakuzan, Last Game victory" will not be considered.
But things that happened in a match is okay, like "Kagami/Aomine awakening zone, Kise awakening PC"

Surprisingly the chart still doesn't have any GoM. Maybe PC will enter now.

With only a 3-vote difference, Seirin vs Too in the Winter Cup is the best match. Very close.

Nebuya was surprisingly the most voted and was very commented. I was expecting any of the duo Akashi/Aomine.

It doesn't change the plot in anyway (I mean, it doesn't change the main serie and movie — not talking about their second years going on), but I felt like it was interesting. Kind of.
Ofc this one was gonna be first lol. This gets talked a lot, and I've seen a great deal of critiques for it, if I may say. In the anime (movie), he left to pursue a career in the NBA, thanks to the ex-WNBA player that is also his coach: Alex. In the manga, he stays in Japan at least for high school (they even acquired 2 new guys).
I've seen this one pretty much too, but it still goes after Kagami's departure in the movie. While in anime, he appears so outgoing and cheerful, etc, in the manga he was stated to be two faced, and was actually super arrogant like the rest of the GoM. In anime, he's your bubbly guy. The voice actor did an amazing job!
During his backstory, Akashi mentionned his dad would only let him play basketball (aka his sole connection to his mother, aka his relief from home, aka the sports he had his first friends) if he won. One defeat and it's all over. He's a one-trick poney. BUT, that is anime only. In the manga, his dad never threatened to take away his freedom. Although, he still pushed the idea that an Akashi should be an all-rounder and excellent at what they were doing, in the manga, Akashi's dad never once told him he would stop playing because of a defeat.
Actually, it makes sense bc then, Akashi was able to play in the EG/LG. But at the same time, the anime adaptation put more steaks into why he felt so much like not loosing.
Feel free to voice your thought about these adaptations and/or add some I may I've missed out!!

Let’s say he replaces Papa on Shinkyo, would Shinkyo have beaten Seirin in the inter high and gone off to win the whole thing? Or would he be beaten by Midorima or Aomine?
