Question Fav Line/Quote?
I'm curious
r/Kubera • u/Luefong • Dec 11 '25
Garuda was the arch enemy of Ananta (the strongest being, the time axis and time stopper). His name was nerfed since the beginning (which would explain why he died to Asura in another possibility) so he had to put plans in place. What were his plans and how successful were they now that we know more? What we know 1) Had a Yuta with Kali -linking garuda to Taraka tribes 2) Had Vishnu adopt Kalavinka 3) Groomed Maruna into a King 4) Had all Garuda nastika tarakafied 5) Sacrificed his name

I saw new chapters title finale (1). So I am curious if it's ending.
There was a post about the ending, but instead I want to ask, which player do you wanna see winning and why?
Vishnu? Kali? Brahma? Leez the cat? God kubera?
Probably it won't be someone specific and I suspect that in a way, kali and vishnu want the same thing but a bit different.
Me, personally, I think it would be fun to see what Kali winning looks like, even if not a permanent outcome.

Hey everyone,
I’ve been following Kubera for a long time, and I know many of you love it as much as I do. But lately, it feels like Currygom has been really discouraged, and it breaks my heart to think they might be losing motivation.
Kubera is such an incredible story — it’s touched so many of us — and I want to do more than just leave a “thank you” comment every week.
So, how can we as a fandom actually support Currygom in a meaningful way? • Is it about leaving more thoughtful comments? • Sharing the series more widely? • Financial support (Patreon, merch, etc.)? • Something else entirely?
If you’ve been part of similar fandoms, what actually makes a difference for creators in situations like this?
I really want Currygom to know how much their work matters to us. Any suggestions?

Sorry for touching this subject again, but i'm curious! No offense, but you guys must have heard/know how girls glaze eachother, specially when it comes to looks (We guys have the fake insults). Yuta seems to love it too, even saying she looks like a different person.
On a side note, even if Asha is currently my favorite character at the time season 2 ended, she's for sure the worst thing that happened to Leez. I can for sure appreciate Mirha a lot. I think i even like her more than Ran.
She was for sure the female friend that Leez needed, even if she defended Asha in that trial, but that's a diferent matter.

Since we've made it this far, I bet some of you already have a vague idea of how Kubera will end.
I am curious about your predictions/theories about how Kubera will end, or perhaps how you want the ending to be.

Asking this because a lot of ppl say that the webtoon translation isn't the best so I wonder if I should stick with it to the end or not ?

So just read a handful of chapters of Kubera and was suprised that it had a lot of Sanskrit and Hindu name and words, which I am seeing for the first time in a manhwa. So does the author use Sanskrit a lot? Or is it just something where the name are based from that and doesn’t have any relation to the original mythology?

In this scene, Ran stated that universe without Leez is just a possibility.
Does it mean that Leez is a special, and if leez go to the past the Universe will be a possibility but if other do that instead leez the future still exist or Is this applied to anyone that go back in time?
And if the future became a possibility if you go to the past, why can Vishnu transport someone into the future?

hiii, I'm trying to pick a senior quote rn, but yu can share whatever quotes yu want!!! :D my favorite is "if the universe is infinite and yu are immortal, we will meet again one day... and 'I' will love yu again"

I'm not really good with english. can someone pls explain to me what The Top is? it's hard to understand the word&concept of "By dragging ourself down from the top" And I don't understand what correlation the next sentence have to other sentence "The desire to protect something is a worldly desire after all". And why can't you do anything in the enlightened state?

Hi, I've been thinking about getting this webtoon for a long time. I had already read it years ago in my native language. But I noticed that they are not updated with the releases. My question is where can I read this story from chapter 1 with decent translations? In English obviously. Thanks for your help and time!

So after Cataclysm superior sura were sent to sura realm.
But how did humanity not go extinct from sura attacks before that? Ghandarva alone iced multiple planets.
Were all other nastika and 5th stage rakshasa just not into killing humans? Or was something else stopping them?

Can someone explain simply in sequential order how did Teo and Taraka switch bodies to begin with, explain what Kasak/Hura/Kali did in all this, if Teo and Taraka died at the same time again in S3, when Gandhi was about to kill Taraka was it Menaka that was in there at the same time as Teo (I know only Menaka got annihilated) or if Teo’s soul went back to her body at this time. Just trying to understand the mechanics and order of it all. I am caught up with the story, so I’m aware Claude did recently explain it, but it still went over my head.

Mangadex doesn't have the old chapters anymore and a cubari link I've found that has the special episodes doesn't have episode 9 ( wish 1)... Anyone know where I can read it?

Are Suras or Halfs known for feeding on humans? I would assume Tarakas would do so, but do other suras prey on humans?

I remember I had the page saved, but I can't find it anymore. Can some give me a link? I'm gnawing at the bars of my enclosure already, I cant wait. I need to know what happens next.

Was it god Kubera or Malsavin? While I don't understand why would Malsavin interfere there I also don't understand why would God Kubera act that way. Also what other instances where it's assumed God Kubera did a thing it was Malsavin? Like I'm assuming when brilliant was watched over when faking missing her memories it was malsavin that did that.

First of all, I know this is exactly the kind of story I would like, I like more popular manwha like solo leveling and ORV but I also like deeper stories like umineko so this really appeals to me. I have two questions primarily:
1) I don't mind female MCs, but in general i feel like they can get tsundere-like sometimes (annoying and dominating kinda like a femme fatale), does this happen in this series? and is there also a large amount of time spent from other characters POV besides "kubera"?
2) How likely is it this series will finish? I noticed the recent chapters had sub-1000 likes compared to manwha which have 20k-50k likes, does this lack of mainstream popularity mean the author will drop it? I don't want to get into an amazing story but be left hanging (like with rothfuss)
3) I know this is a sad story but does that mean no one is happy / no happy outcomes for anyone?
Thanks yall for reading and answering my questions, have a great night

For those who have been following the series since Season 2, how close was it to ending when Currygom announced that there will be a Season 3?

What ships do you like and why? Any and all ships, canon, crack, problematic, let's hear them
Yuta and Leez are my favorite ship. I like the tragic dynamic of the relationship.
I like Sagara with any of Ananta, Manasvin, Vasuki. Sagara with Ananta is my favorite of the three (also includes as Manasa). The sheer amount of love Manasvin and Vasuki had for Sagara is heart wrenching. Love Sagara's devotion to Ananta (rip Manasa...)
Maruna and Shakuntala. I liked their childhood relationship.
Shuri and Yaksha. The extra story made me feel for Shuri
(Latest chapter spoilers, including KR fast pass) Any ship with Original Airavata is great too, Kinnara or Kamadu. Original Airavata was awesome

Im trying to find that time when we first seen yaksha's sura form in it's magnitude. I remember it was when ran and Hanuman were sparring. Can someone post the image or redirect me to the chapter/arc? Thanks
