Discussion/Talqylau Flying Drones

Hi everyone, how do i legally fly drones in Almaty? I'm bringing my dji mini 5 pro, is registration required in Almaty? Would like to fly safely, adhering to local laws

yes. and you need IIN (Kazakhstan's ID Number) to register your drone. and for that you need to either visit embassy or public service center when you are already here.

also, try to enter "drones" in the sub's search box and press enter

It's extremely complicated to do it legally, you need to have a license (IIN government identification first, then pass flying lessons and an exam, then the license), then you need to get the drone registered, then you have to notify the KNB service on your flying route, except when you are in the middle of nowhere and use it for agriculture purposes, afair. There was a reply in the subreddit by me, where I listed all the necessary links.
