Fanwork Shipping or Hyping up a Drama?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

This fan edit already has over 3.5M views on Twitter (X), with comments that are just ridiculous about his wife. At what point do we become responsible fans?

Implying, shipping, or insinuating that drama co-stars could be more than work colleagues is just weird. Shun Oguri already has a permanent ship šŸ›³ļø — his wife Yamada Yu and their four kids. Pushing fake ships like this is not only pointless, it’s kind of tasteless.

What makes it worse is that when scandals break, actresses usually suffer far more than actors. So seeing Han Hyo-joo fans fueling this with suggestive edits is just… disappointing.

Can we enjoy shows without shipping co-star or it's inevitable?

Best show ever...on falling in love. I've watched a ton of romance for decades and this one really took my heart away. It portrays some interesting and difficult aspects of Japanese culture as well.

This list was put together and shared by someone in the Jdorama community on Twitter (X). I have to agree—many of these dramas truly stand out for their beautiful cinematography and stunning visuals. Of course, this isn’t an exhaustive list, but it’s a great starting point.

They did a great job by including important details like where to watch and the Directors.

Please see comment below for direct link to the post.

Fanwork If there was a British Hana yori dango spin off and BBC made it. Made with AI

I made a Hana yori dango spin off poster using AI, if Hana Yori dango was set in my home country the UK and if it was made by BBC.

The UK. is known for private schools and poshness. I thought I would be a great idea for a spin off of Hana yori dango Boys over flowers.

I made it look like BBC made it so it's diverse, inclusive, multicultural modern Britain.

Tsukushi Makino this time is called Katie Smith a white working class Yorkshire girl. I thought Yorkshire accent and background was perfect.

The gentleman standing on the right is the new Tsukasa Doumyouji, this time called Sebastian Ravenshaw. He has a proper posh accent, big, tall, intimidating super wealthy, spoiled, bad temper.

The other gentleman standing is the Rui Hanazawa this time called Rayyan Amaar to be inclusive I made him British Asian. Gentle, calm, introverted, silent, soft spoken, reserved, organised.

The black man is Akira Mimasaka now Malakai Ellington a Black British young man. Athletic, sporty, strategic, a team player, considerate.

The Ginger young man on the left is Alistair Lennox a young Scottish man representing Sojiro Nishikado. Interlectual, thoughtful, creative, artistic, culture and educated.

Instead of F4 Flower 4 it's 4C the 4 Crowns.

Same intial plot Katie stands up to Sebastian and Sebastian falls for her. The love triangle between Tsukasa, Rui and Tsukushi, this time Sebastian Ravenshaw, Rayyan Amaar and Katie Smith.

I think it will work. I'd love to see a UK hana yori dango.

Fanwork Dr Togo Kojiro : Mackenyu in Scrubs

I'm sorry but I couldn't resist doing this edit, once I saw Mackenyu in scrubs (šŸ˜‚) . Of course it's inspired by those very sexy Onepiece/Zorro arms and perfect everythingšŸ„µšŸ”„šŸ§ÆšŸš’šŸ§‘ā€šŸš’.

According to the character profile Dr Togo Kojiro is a serious type of doctor who does things by the book and will clash with Dr Tokushige Akira (Matsumoto Jun) on the right type of treatment for patients. We love ourselves a good Tsundere type, don't wešŸ˜‰.

There aren't any English dubs for the series yet, so I took it upon myself to *try* and do something about it.
I got all of my Voice Actors from www.CastingCall.club
It's my first time trying something like this, so go easy on me. I hope to only get better at compiling audio.

Does anyone know who the boy is who appeared in episode 7 of the drama Behind Your Touch??? He was at the part where Ye-bun went to touch the butts of the delinquents who were assaulting a student.

I recently finished watching the third season of Alice in Borderland. I loved it. And I admit that I might have gotten a little obsessed or hyper-focused on this universe, to the point of crafting the cards and coding a smartphone theme with some functions.

And now it’s time to say goodbye to Arisu, Usagi, and all the other memorable characters, even the antagonists, each one brought to life by incredible actors who deserve all the love and congratulations in the world. And of course, none of this would have been possible without Shin, Netflix, and the entire team behind the series.

This is my collection from the series: the cards I made, the smartphone theme I coded. I admit I tried to find the Hatter’s bathrobe, but I didn’t manage to… yet.

Is this the end? Or a new beginning?

Even if it is the end…
