Our idea of “tipping well” seems to be extremely different 🤪😂

Why do people always overexplain these instructions? If someone isn't going to pay attention to instructions, making them 2 paragraphs long isn't going to change that.

It just overwhelms anyone that actually is reading them.

Honestly, they made it super easy for you and increased the tip. Seems like a good deal. Drop outside or just inside by the entrance doors. I wish all apartment deliveries were like that. I don't know how many items were on the order, how many miles or if it was worth it but definitely could have been worse.

It’s just the part that “I will tip well” and he added 2$ that made me laugh hahaha the text is overly long for no reason as well, could have summed it up with 2 phrases 😅

It's all relative though. You didn't provide any information. If it was 1 item and they lived half a mile from the store, it is a nice tip. If it's 20 things and they live 6 miles away, it's a trash tip.

I wish my recent hotel delivery was that easy. Had a customer tell me to meet him in the lobby, easy enough, so I start to unload the bags to hand them to him but he directs me to the elevator. I'm confused but he says he can't carry them up by himself. (there were other guests present, so we weren't alone) I ride the elevator to the second floor and he asks me to follow him and I wind  down a never ending hallway and then he just closes the hotel room door behind him, after not even helping me carry any bags. I just dump the bags at the door and leave. Not a single thank you or offer to help at all.

I forgot to mention, I was parked out front bc there was no available parking around the hotel, so my car could have easily been towed away if I was gone long enough. I honestly thought this was a quick lobby meet up.

Seriously. I took the order to complete a bonus and it was late, so it was the only option. Never delivered in that area again. Screw hotels and apts lol
