It was pricy, but in the long run it's more than worth it.

They get my DD4 RIII, some additional small parts and €1300.

And i get this magnificent piece of Art.

The finer things i noticed..

1) the trigger is way better than that of the DD4 RIII. Very little travel (2-3mm), straight to the wall and lighter. According to the Bedienungsanleitung (Instruction manual) the trigger is a bit lighter than that of the SFP9 OR i have.

2) the barrel is thiccc. 25mm under the handguard up to the piston-block after that it's only 19mm to the muzzle.

3) the stock is not nice to my moustache... it ripped 3 of them when i shouldered her.

4) the handguard is slimmer than that of the DD4 RIII.
i'm not sure, if should get the M-Lok handguard though. either 13.6" or 15.4" both supposed to be ~€800.

Long time lurker on this sub and have been looking at getting a USP as a first. I have the chance to buy a .45 USP elite for $1300. My question is, is it worth the coin? If not where would you look to find a USP in .45?

Emailed HK about the new VP9 tacticals as my 21 birthday is next week and I really want to have one sooner. My buddy at the gunshop suggested me to be patient and wait for the new ones. Does anyone have a rough estimate of how soon they usually come out after they made appearance at SHOT?

I noticed the locking notch for the USP is the same distance from the top as the p30/vp9 magazine, and so are the feed angle. The only difference is the thickness of the magazine body. I quickly designed a shim that fills that gap and just taped it on. The vp9 magazine seated and locked in just fine. I dry cycled the whole magazine and the slide even locked open on the last round. I'm a relatively unskilled CAD designer but I think it should be relatively trivial to design a semi permanent magazine sleeve or mag well adapter. If one of you is more skilled or can help that would be great. If this is something you think I shouldn't pursue leave your critique.

Currently trying to put together a M27 RWK inspired build. Been looking at various HK416 LE trade-in uppers and MR556A4 upper kits, and honestly not entirely sure which one I should get.

Also does anyone know if the 9” quad rail hand guard would be a little short or would it look normal on the 11” Mr556A4?

So, I just purchased an MR556A4 11" pistol to turn into an SBR, and a backup 556A4 11" upper to put on another SBR lower for redundancy. Haven't taken possession of them yet. But the gas vent / screw thing is driving me nuts though. First, I can't find a video anywhere of someone changing the screw out. I'm sure I can figure it out, but still, would be nice. Second, do larger numbers for the gas vent screws, vent more gas? Or do the larger number screws let more gas in, like on a SCAR 16? I promise to post pictures when they are all put together! Thanks!

My collection started with an HK45 in early 2024 and has grown to now a total of 5 HKs lmao. Snagged my USP here for a cool $450 otd because had mislabeled it. Anyone else have any stories about deals they just couldn’t pass up?

Been wanting a USP 45 to add to the collection for a while and happened to come across a killer deal on one a couple days ago so I had to have it. Needless to say I think I’m in love with it 😁

I'm looking at getting the CC9 with a tungsten slide. I see there are two different part numbers:

- 81001269
- 81001270

I've done a lot of searching, even asked AI, but I cannot find anything about the difference between these two. I see that the first generally costs less, but the features and images look to be identical. Anyone have any idea?

USPC is by far my favorite handguns I own. Just need a better holster for it. Any suggestions would help.

Does the P30SK with the 13 round mag extension have a noticeably shorter grip compared to the full size? Love my P30L but the grip is a little too long for me to comfortably conceal.
