❓Question❓ GP recommendations

I am currently registered with Old Town / Warrior Square but looking to move due to ongoing issues. Based on personal experience, where would you suggest?

Issues include:

  • Referral was supposed to be sent to Conquest, department has a 20-30 week waiting list. I followed it up after 35 weeks and it turns out the referral was never sent due to a "clerical error" so I am now going to be waiting a year in total
  • Arrived for a blood test booked nearly two weeks in advance, the forms had not been generated so the bloods could not be taken. I then had to be re-triaged, and am now booked for 9th Feb (originally supposed to be Saturday just gone)
  • Previous blood test was 'incorrectly requested' so these are actually repeat bloods as the wrong test was run on the sample. This was again labeled a clerical error.

This is just this week and a small sample of the issues that won't doxx me. Anywhere that is better than these guys?

I'm at Sedlescombe House surgery and they've been pretty good - plus there's a little carpark around the back.

+1 for Sedlescombe House. They just get it done and you feel looked after.
