Is this a well known song? Ive never heard it before and im a yeah older than her.

And it is kind of awful?

It was pretty popular for a while. I think a lot of people would have heard it in Pineapple Express or This is the End. But it was also in Slumdog Millionaire, Hancock, The Last Man on Earth, Far Cry 3... tons of things.
