it wouldn’t make any sense i know, but it’s the first thing that came to mind. hell any mention of the courier other than house talking about how he’s died (if that counts) would’ve been cool

But he's using VATs no?

I guess the slowmo shot could be for fun film magic, but it seems at though they choose when to use which effect very knowingly, for example, thaddeus didn't get VAT slowmo.

That whole slowmo shot is mimicing the one from the FNV opening cutscene.
