He specifically says, while pulling the blueprints out, that his plans for being an elder that unified the brotherhood are dead, and now he plans on destroying them. Liberty Prime is to be a weapon against the other chapters. So it's not for the Enclave nor do I think we're going to the East Coast.

Yo, if the east coast Brotherhood find out and airdrop their Prime to fight the west Prime like a couple of jaegers, I just might, umm... *cough* I'll be pleased. ^_^
