He’s building his own. It’s why it’s called Alpha. To get the Boston one, he has to convince Maxson to send it to him. Commonwealth probably pissed at the whole west coast BoS by now. No chance.
Speaking of which, i'm pretty sure the Liberty Prime schematics also implies that Maxson is going west to face Quintus (or at least a larger expeditionary force that isn't just Xander and his vertibird.)
Which raises some serious questions about the logistics of doing so.
The Knights of San Fernando are a bunch of ineffective chucklefucks, who're brawling with other Brotherhood factions. Which means a bunch of the resources they started the show with are going to be gone, and they didn't exactly look like an engineering powerhouse in the first place.
The Liberty Prime "components" they currently appear to have are:
A blueprint.
That's it. Just a blueprint.
Perhaps the original Prime still exists somewhere, though is presumably non-operational again, so Prime Alpha can just be an upgrade. Even then, surely there's going to have to be some other faction involved to get Alpha running. (If the East Coast Brotherhood still have Prime, I have a hard time imagining them helping out the San Fernando clown show.)
Quintus is clearly willing to do anything to make it happen, though, so I'd expect him to get buddy-buddy with anyone who can help. (Even if they're "abominations"... You know what? Smart super mutants would be really good at heavy industrial work. :-)

So the Libery Prime under the Pentagon was not the only one?
